I am on the research faculty in the Georgia Tech Research Institute where I conduct technology transfer and policy analysis studies for sponsors. I am also a Ph.D. candidate in information and telecommunications policy in the School of Public Policy at Georgia Tech in Atlanta. My research interests include the intersections between new information and communication technologies, society, and policies, with a particular emphasis on evaluation methodologies for measuring socio-technical aspects of these intersections.
